Dave Mashburn has over 35 years of experience in the development, design, construction, and management of over 200 large hotels, 20 convention centers, resorts and mixed-use projects across the country totaling over 3 Billion dollars in development costs. Mr. Mashburn has significant experience in the development of large projects with complicated entitlements and incentives.

He also brings tremendous expertise in strategic planning, marketing and business development. With his experience Mr. Mashburn brings a host of contacts in the development industry from feasibility consultants to franchises, architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, brokers, suppliers, investors and financiers.

Mr. Mashburn has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from University of Central Missouri. He holds a real estate license in the State of Missouri. He has been active in several professional organizations including: ULI (Urban Land Institute), SMPS (Society of Marketing Professionals), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), IFMA (International Facility Management Association)
